Friday Social | Clay Temenos Shelf
In this workshop you will hand-build a temenos wall shelf from clay,
We will then enjoy a short mindfulness practice to help connect you with an affirmation or symbol to personalise your shelf.
A temenos is a sacred place to take a breath and gather your thoughts or hold keep sakes. They are typically built from natural earth element such as clay. It can be hung in a hallway or quiet space to acknowledge your affirmation or practice meditation. Place a tea light (provided ) candle, crystals, offerings or incense stick to enhance your connection.
No experience is necessary. A step-by-step demonstration and support if given throughout the session. To ensure everyone creates something they love a variety of affirmations and imagery are provided to inspire you.
Once finished all items will be fired & glazes to be collected 3-4 weeks later.
